Terms & Conditions

All details below only relate to comics listed directly by Comic Market Place. These are the comics that can be added to your basket and checked out. All other comics, magazines and trading cards have been placed on the site by registered users who can be contacted directly using the relevant links. I cannot be held responsible for any failed transactions but do report any bad sellers so that they can be banned from the site.

Comic Market Place Comics

All comics are bagged and most are kept backed and stored in comic boxes.

I'm happy to produce a scan of any of the comics you wish to purchase, just let me know. Go here to see a picture of my collection.

If you have any concerns ordering from me you can view comments from people who have bought from me on eBay.

Postage

All items are sent through Royal Mail 1st class delivery unless otherwise requested. Comics are delivered in either a padded envelope or cardboard envelope to ensure safe delivery. All goods will be sent within 48 hours of payment or cleared funds but are almost always sent within 24 hours.

Comics

Postage for the first comic is £1.40 and then 25p for each additional comic. All comics are sent securely in either a padded envelope or cardboard envelope. The price displayed in the cart will be the price you will pay. Recorded delivery is an additional 70p. If you have any specific postage requests just let me know.

Prices

Every effort has been made for the accuracy of prices however, in the event of there being any incorrectly priced comics I reserve the right to update them accordingly, even after an order has been made. If this does happen to you as a customer I will of course offer a full refund if you do not want to pay the higher price.

Magazines & Trading Cards

The postage displayed in the cart will be incorrect. I'll confirm the postage cost by e-mail on confirmation of your order. You will only pay the actual postage and packing costs nothing extra. Recorded delivery is an additional 70p.

Overseas Orders

If your ordering from overseas, I will confirm postage by e-mail on receipt of your order. I will ship worldwide. Please note overseas orders must be paid through PayPal in £ Sterling.

Payment

Payment can be made either by UK £ Sterling cheque, cash (at your own risk) or with a credit card via PayPal.  Paypal payments will incur a small charge of 40p which is already included in the price of shipping when checking out via PayPal.
